Hi everyone,

My friend did send a package from Texas, US to Harbin, Heilongjiang on 31 October.

It is weird the consignee said that he has not received anything. Its been a month and half. I tried to track on track on Chinapost and it seems the tracking is not updated as well. Now, he is regret for not using priority mail as the package value is almost $250.

1. May I suggest you read this:

I shipped a parcel from USA to China, how can I know the delivery status?

2. Also parcel from US to China can take up to 40 days to be deliver, but because it's the busiest time of the year it might take longer.
