Hello. I have bought a package on January 23 and it has not updated since "Dispatched from sorting center" what does that mean, it's the CN post btw

Not sure where you're seeing "Dispatched from sorting center", but http://track-chinapost.com/startems.php?code=LK454511723CN shows your parcel left Wuhan for JFK on 30 Jan. These usually take 15-25 days end-to-end to be delivered in the USA; next tracking update will come when USPS receives the item and scans it.

On this tracking site it says that it was dispatched for some reason

http://www.parcelmonitor.com/track-it-online/ is not a reliable website. You should be cautious of misleading translation of china post tracking data.
