My EMS packet EV878313927CN seems to have left China for France on 04/12. No news since this date. Can you please help me ?

now is busy season. You can not see new status until France custom releases the parcel to France Post. this might takk 2 to 4 weeks.

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the parcel left china for JFK airport in Nov 24. Now is busy season, US customs needs 2 to 4 weeks to complete import processing, you can not see new update until US customs releases the parcel to USPS. please be patient.

LK395025745CN left china for Chicago on Nov 15. normally it should be released from Chicago customs in 2 to 4 weeks. If you can not get it by Dec 20, you need open dispute to ebay for lost parcel.
