It actually looks like there might be a duplicate tracking number, with one package going to France, one going to Germany, both shipped about a day apart. In any case, the answer is the same -- your item should show up in 3-4 weeks; if not, open a claim against the seller for non-delivery.

My tracking number is LM061493922CN and it says it was dispatched from Sorting Center on Dec 2nd 2017, and it has not been updated since then, I received a message from the place I bought saying that it should arrive before December 20th, I just need to know if the package is already in Canada?

LM061493922CN left china for Vancouver on Dec 2. Normally it will take 2 weeks for Canada customs to release the goods to Canada Post in Vancouver. If you are in Vancouver, you should have good chance to get it by Dec 20. If you are far from Vancouver, it is hard to say.
