Howdy,

LT366327942CN is the tracking number.

I've had a few parcels shipped via epacket before and all arrived within a week and updated frequently. This particular package has been stuck at "Despatch from Sorting Center" and I'm wondering at what point do I become concerned that the tracking hasn't updated whatsoever. If it left China, it shouldn't take more than a few days to at least reach ISC Customs. Any information would be great! 😀

2. Your parcel is fine, it's On route to USA, you must give time for the parcel to arrive in USA and get scan by USPS in JFK.

3. Normally E Packet can be deliver between 6 to 12 working days. You need to be patient and track your parcel on the USPS site for any movement.

Hello, My tracking # is LK197873046CN. The last update I received was March 25th as "Dispatch from Sorting Center". Being that it is now April 12th, it seems like a long time without a new update. Can you please help me to locate my shipment. Thank you.

It says that your parcel is On Route and sadly, no tracking information is available in the US

Thank you for your quick response, but you gave me information that I already knew. This response, unfortunately does not help me. I don't know if my shipment is in the US, still in China, or somewhere on the ocean. The length of time it is taking to get an update, makes me feel that this is lost. Is there any way to narrow down where my shipment is? Thanks again.-CC

My package despatched from sorting center on 4/15/17 originally tracking LW123701931CN then again today on 4/21/17. I thought despatch meant it got put on the plane to come to the the destination... how is it being despatched twice?!? Why is it still in the same spot 6 days later?

LW123701931CN left china for New York on April 6. it should be in US customs. Since March 2017, US custom processing becomes extremely slow. You need wait about 2 to 4 weeks to get it cleared from customs.
