Hi! We ordered a package from china, a large television, and they told us 2 weeks to delivery in USA. The tracking number is RS237845292CN and it only shows leaving Shenzen. However, this was in October. Now, I called and was able to speak with someone at China Post, (NOT EMS unfortunately), and they told me that they had NO info for me and that likely there would not be an update. They further indicated that such would be delivered or shipped to LA, though I am on the east coast. Anyone have any ideas here, or if I was simply scammed or whatever? It wasn't a terribly large amount of money, couple grand or so, but wow... if they just scammed me, its okay, live and learn, but they haven't gone completely dark, though they only says "PLS BE PATIENT". I am just not sure what to do, patience is key I suppose, but there has to be a better way to track or figure it out?
