Post China Post package says delivered but I did not recie

Hi my tracking number is LM179403240CN

It says the package has been delivered to my parcel box but I did not receive anything.

I've called Canada Post and they advised that China Post had to open up an investigation. The investigation will start with China Post and then it will go through Canada Post.

Please start an investigation so this can be resolved

1. I am pretty sure that the mailman deliver your parcel in the wrong mail box. I suspect you phone or sent an E mail to Canada Post to have that answer about your parcel.

2. You should have gone to your closest Canada Post Office and talk to the supervisor about your parcel, it would have been faster then what is going to happen.

3. What you need to do is to contact the seller and tell him that the parcel that is suppose to have been deliver to you has not been put in the right mail box.

4. He in turn might be able to contact directly Canada Post or have China Post contact Canada Post for your parcel.

5. Member here answering question are not working for China Post.

Hope this help.

Canada Post won't budge. The seller has to start an investigation with china post. How do you start the investigation?

1. You need to contact seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel and that you suspect that Canada Post did not put your parcel into your mail box and made an error. Tell him also that you contacted Canada Post but nothing can be done by you and that China Post has to start the investigation.

2. Seller has to contact China Post and mention that the parcel was not deliver to the intended client. Then China Post will ask Canada Post to look into the matter because client in Canada is saying that the parcel was not deliver into her mail box.

3. The above can take a while from weeks to months.

4. E Packet is a faster service then China Post Register mail, but E Packet does not required any signature and with mail box in Canada, sometime mailman make some mistake. China Post Register Air Mail must be signed by the recipient of the parcel, more secure but more time to wait for a parcel from China.

Hope this help.
