I have an urgent question, hopefully someone can help me out. I'd like to know what the maximum warehouse storage time is for packages classified as "Inbound Express" (regarding ITALY).
Unfortunately the tracking number I was given was incomplete, so I haven't been able to track my package until I contacted the sender, who gave me the correct number. I just found out that the package has been in storage here in Italy for almost a month, but I'll only be able to pick it up next week (which will mark exactly a month since it arrived at the post office). Will my order still be available next week, or is it already too late? I tried to contact the post office, I called them and sent an email but I got no answer.
