my order was in status "Sent to airline HGH" but now it come back in "Export Customs Scan Hangzhou".
Why? My tracking number is RJ328777813CN.

Two possible reasons:
A: the parcel has something banned by China government and was rejected in customs.
B: airline has shipping space shortage and returned it to customs warehouse.

It's a combat uniform, so it is banned?
Maybe I need to open a dispute?
In the second case, when it will arrive in italy?

yes. i believe you need to open dispute in order to protect your money.
