Hello! My boyfriend (but the receipt address is mine!) ordered a sweatshirt on Rosegal (USA) in late October but it has not yet arrived. The track number is RI208553990CN.
I suspect that this delay could be due to consignee name is not the receipt address's owner.
The receipt address is right! And you have my telephone number!

Can you help me? Sorry for my english! Thank you very much!!

the item was send back for ''Unsuccessful delivery ''.
Open dispute and get ur money back :)
