I am looking for help to trace a package sent from Italy to China with Posteitaliane. code ZA010356613IT. I know it arrived in the country, but I don't know where it is now.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=ZA010356613IT shows no record. It has not arrived China yet. You need file an investigation with Posteitaliane

Maybe ChinaPost doesn't deliver it, because here it is in China

Posteitaliane tells me that my package is available for collection at the foreign operator. But I don't know if it refers to China Post or whatever. and where is the office of the foreign operator ...
