LX000659756CN this parcel is 65 days stucks.
Is still on route or lost? Italian service doesn't know where is it.

Many parcels sent to Italy in November and December are seriously delayed, nobody seems to know why. Some have been outstanding for over 60 days.

After 65 days I would assume it is lost and open a dispute. It might still arrive, but you definitely want to open a dispute before your buyer protection time runs out.
