Hey I orderd two packages on 19th of july with the tracking numbers RH002732140CN and RH003827215CN. Both packages have a missing house number on the adress.
That's paypal's fault but they can't do anything about it. I tried to contact the shipper but no respond. This is my last option. Can I add my house number to my adress via this?
Cause the second order number is now unsuccesfully deliverd.. What can I do to get my package anyway..

I meant the 19th of june instead of 19th of july, i'm sorry

you can not change address after the parcel was shipped. the parcel now is in Netherlands. You'd better contact Netherlands Post and try to pickup the parcel. If Netherlands Post does not allow you to pickup, then the parcel will be returned to china. As this is paypal's fault, you should open dispute in paypal and claim refund.
