do you know why my package RK540024454CN is already over 20 days stuck in Suzhou?

1. You are talking about this tracking:
2016-11-12 11:54:53.0 Suzhou Transit Station export customs scan (domestic transit )

2. Either your parcel is transiting inside China or it did not pass the China Post Export Customs Scan. May I suggest your read this:

China Post Forbidden Item List

What is the status of “Export Customs Scan” ? How long it will take?

3. May I suggest you contact seller and ask him what is going on with your parcel because it's stuck at the Suzhou customs. He might be able to call China Post to find out about your parcel.
