Hello,
I sent the parcel (return the product) to China following address: 12K, 4th Block, Yujinghuacheng, Huaqiang South Road, Futian District, Shenzhen, China, Post code: 518033.
The last status of parcel RN510893981LT is July 02, 2014 "unsuccessful delivery" in destination city Shenzhen in China.
What it means "unsuccessful delivery" ???

Unsuccessful delivery means that the package reached the destination country but was failed to be sent to this address, either due to wrong address or they couldn't find the recipient home. Or the seller you are returning the product to didn't sign the paper to confirm that he received the package to avoid refund.
Call the recipient and tell him/her to pick up the package from the local post office in his/her area.
