My parcel has been stuck in Customs Warehouse Control, Suzhou since May the 9th. I dont know what is going on. Its two months since its in the Customs. I opened a dispute and aliexpress just keep reopening and doesnt take action. They say its your local customs holding it but tracking number shows its in Suzhou. My local customs say it hasnt arrived.
I ordered it on Mar 31st and its been almost three months. Aliexpress must give me a full refund because it hasnt arrived on time. Three months is unacceptable. I`ve had the worst experience with this website, therefore, we shouldnt use this in the future.

the parcel seems to have problem to pass customs check. you'd better open dispute and claim refund from aliexpress.
