Why cant i see tracking info?
I get information that my order is sent but no tracking info.
Is there any problem?

It's the same thing
"No Result for Tracking NO. RC370872983HK in Hong Kong Postal System"
Is it posible that seller sent item and i can't track it, or seller is telling a lie?

RC370872983HK has not been received by Hong Kong Post yet. If the seller just sent it from China, normally it will wait about 2 to 3 days, then it will show up in this page:

Seller sent 8 days ago.
OK, I'm just asking how this works, when can I track item, it says "Processing Time:3 Days" so i thought after 3 days it should be on track.

if seller gave you the tracking number 8 days ago, then it might be some problem. normally Hong Kong Post will not take so long time to update the tracking information. We believe the seller delayed shipment if he is not intentionally lying to you. You can wait 2 more days and see what happens, if still not showing up in http://track-chinapost.com/starthkpost.php, then you should open a dispute and claim your money back.
