What means " departured"?
Is still in Shanghai or is coming to Spain?

departure" means the parcel has left China Post warehouse and sent to airline. In normal season, the parcel will catch airline and leave airport in 2 or 3 days. However, now is rush season, too many parcels are lining up for very limited space. You need wait some more time.
