I've order some scissors (there is no battery in it) from dx.com in November, on 18th of November it arrived in Custom control warehouse and from then every 10 to 15 days it's status is updated with same location (just like today).

What to do wait or.. cause DX stuff does not respond to tickets, and Paypal dispute time frame is finished.

you should call DX customer service in USA.
