Hi! I'm waiting parcels RB985882419CN and RB657531651CN more than two months. The status /In Customs-Control warehouse/ didn't change since 4th of December. What happens with the parcels?

probably you should open a dispute to get your money back.

How to open dispute and claim refund for fake tracking number and unreceived parcel?
