I am expecting a package from you, which was sent with the tracking number: RB536636795CN.

According to your website you received the package on 01/06/2014.

Unfortunately, I haven't received it yet.

The last status indicates that the package is "In Customs-Control warehouse in Jinan"

Could you please let me know when it will be send to me?

RB536636795CN should be rejected by security officer. you will not receive this parcel.
