2. Your parcel was refuse entering in Germany and is going back to the seller. You could call Germain Post Office: +49 228 28609898 to find out why Germain Customs refuse your parcel entering Germany.

3. You should contact seller as soon as possible to tell him the situation about your parcel returning from Germany.

I am asking because the sellers shop does not exist any longer, so I also can't contact him.

1. It is not Germain post fault but Germain Customs not letting your parcel through. Maybe there was something in the parcel that you can not import into Germany.

2. Seller can not redirect your parcel until he receives it in China. But if Customs rejected your parcel it will rejected again.

3. I guest you never call Germain Post office to find out, why your parcel was return to seller? I can not track your parcel in Germany but possibly Germain can give you more details.

4. If seller shop is close, then open a dispute and give tracking to them so they know that the parcel is returning to the seller.

Hi there.. I have a item that i ordered back in October. I never received it and the company canceled the order. I looked online and now the package is in the US. Can the seller redirect the Epacket back to China??

1. He might be able to do so, but he must hurry otherwise the parcel will be deliver to you. Since there is no signature require for E Packet, then USPS is going to deliver the parcel.
