Even if its in the US now?? 

I NEED HELP LT354472528CN. THE ORDER WAS SHIPPED ON NOVEMBER 1, 2016. IT MADE IT TO THE US 12/16. IT LAST SHOWS IT IN JERSEY CITY, NJ. HOW DO I KNOW IF IT WAS REDIRECTED BACK TO CHINA???

1. Yes he might be able to do it. He need to call China Post and in turn China Post going to send a message to USPS to stop parcel and send back.

2. But that procedure is rare and might cost some money to the seller, so he might not do it and let the parcel go is way to the recipient.
