Hi,
Is there a bigger problem with a container of 15.09 in Shanghai Air Port ?
Many people have a problem with shipments of the day. What happened ?
Please do not write to file a complaint with the sender. My sender is a trusted seller.

Hi here is not china post. Just a help from different people.
i am not admin, but i just have time and will try to help you.
1. If no battery inside no problems, but is possible delays 2-4 weeks for some reasons.
2. Status change not always, sometimes delivery at home but status stay in export custom scan or security scan.
3. You should call your post and ask if the parcel arrived in your country, maybe is by customs in your country.
3. if no status change and no delivery 4-5 weeks should be lost and no one can help you. Even if the seller is a good seller you should open dispute for lost parcel before the end of the protection time. Seller should give you money back because container lost.

In the package were shoes..
I know how much time are shipped the package from Shangai. Usually it is 2-3 weeks. I never was more than 4 weeks.
My Poland Post is always written off as a robot. I never helps an individual.
The dispute notification to the seller before the end of time protection seller.

Learned from a few vendors with this container was sent to another country. Reportedly everyone knows about it but they can not talk about it. Is it possible?
