RS597429448CN has left china. As none will scan the parcel when parcel is outside china, you can not know exact location at this moment. Based on our user reports, parcel to germany normally will travel about 2 to 6 weeks, you need wait some more time.

your parcel is ok. no need worry. Since March 2017, USPS import processing becomes very slow. You can not see new status until it is released from USPS import center. This might take 3 to 8 weeks.

I ordered a package from Wish.com on the 2nd of May and this is the tracking number I got: LX329276291CN

When I track my package on 17track it says "2017-05-08 07:31 In Beijing, returned due to vote."

I think that means it has been returned to sender? How will I know if the package has been resent? If the package is resent will this tracking number work or will I need a new tracking number?

"No shipping record" means your seller did not ship the goods. He applied the tracking number from china post but might forget to ship the goods.

You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track the parcel in 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/ebay against fraud shipment.
