Hey guys I have a huge problem to find a parcel in China. The costumer said it didn't arrive him and it's stuck since September, but I did't realized it before. The costumer is a little bit complicated. The tracking code RI985249294CN says its since this time: 2016-09-26 15:01 in Guangzhou Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit ). I don't know what I can do because the costumer is so (I am sorry for my language) stupid and don't want to help me at all. Can you help me or give me an advice what I can do? Please!!!

2. The parcel reach Austria (11 Sep) tried to deliver the parcel (14 Sep) but was unable and sent back (17 Sep) the parcel to China. From the 26 Sep the parcel is suppose to be traveling inside China to another location from Guangzhou.

3. The sender of the parcel should call China Post Hot Line 11185 to find out where exactly is the parcel right now or maybe that parcel was deliver to the sender but China Post did not scan the parcel on delivery so no indication is available.

LK086929705CN should be delayed by Xmas rush. normally such kind of ePacket parcel should arrive USA in 3 weeks. If timing is important to you, open dispute to seller in ebay and claim refund.

3. Now what needs to happen is USPS needs to scan your parcel on arrival or when they have time to do it.
