My Parcel DE285863923DE has unchanged status sinc Oct 20- presented to customs.
This is a return of goods shipment. Is there an issue or an open question? the value is more than 180€ euros and i would like to get my money back three months after shipment…

DE285863923DE is a wrong number, china post does not have record of this item.
