Post Parcel stuck in Guangzhou

Why are my parcel sent from Sweden with destination Zhanjiang stuck in Guangzhou ?
It arrived in Beijing on the 11 of October and was immediately sent to Guangzhou and got stuck there. CC188456775SE
What can I do to make it moving ?
How can I get in touch with the person responsible for the delay.

you should ask receiver call china post phone number 11185 and pickup the parcel immediately. The parcel has delivery problem.

hello admin,

my Parcel is also stucked in Guanzhou Security. CP268411486CN . Would you please update me when can this going to move ? or any issues encountered in that location ? Its going to Singapore and as per the China Post staff , it should only be 15 days.

CP268411486CN is surface parcel, status changing is very slow. you need some patient.

I have the same issue. my parcel RI241107069CN is since more than one month now in the status "Sent to airline" in Guangzhou.

2. Lately there has been some Closer Security Inspection of parcel in
Guangzhou Airport, that is the reason you parcel keep arriving and departing Guangzhou Airport.

3. May I suggest you keep tracking your parcel until you don't see any tracking for at least 10 to 12 days. Then your parcel has good chances that it left China for Malaysia.
