Post Parcel blocked at "PVG" ?

Hi !

i'm waiting for a parcel from China since december 2013. Tracking inform me that its "transporting" but no news since december 2013, it was at PVG in China (airport ?).
Im in France. My parcel n° RC146207551CN
location of the parcel is 20110600... where is it ?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows it was sent to airline in Dec 2013. Why don't you take any action for so long time? obviously it was lost. now it is too late for you to open dispute and claim money back.

the status stayed "pending" for a while, the seller told me to wait because it was at the customs...what should I do in this case ?
I checked every day since, the parcel never arrived in france...

now is too late for you to do anything. the parcel should be lost and you can not get back the money now.
