Post Package sent back - how can I find it?

I was visiting Bejing and sent a package from there to Germany. It arrived but then got sent back by the German custom office because I didn't pick it up on time. The German Post Office told me I have to ask China Post how to find it. So, how can I now find my package? The tracking number ist CP324648075CN.

2. I hope this is the town where you live, if not, then just call as soon as possible the Germain Post about your parcel still in Germany. Maybe the phone call just woke them up.

Thank you for the quick answer.
Unfortunately thats not my town... I already phoned the German Post but they told me they cant do anything and that I have to contact China Post - so I really dont know what to do now?

Also, when I try to track the number I only get results to 2016-07-07, nothing after this date. Where did you get that information about 2016-08-09 from? When I klick the link it doesnt take me there.

1. Here is a site where you can track your parcel:

2. There is nothing you can do about your parcel except maybe contact seller and ask him to call China Post Hot Line: 11185, and tell him to have China Post tell Germain Post to redeliver the parcel.

Thanks, this second link works.

Well thats the problem, as I just said, there is no seller, I sent the package to myself when I was in Beijing, so there is nobody to whom the package can be send back to. And this is why I have to contact China Post myself, but I cant use that hotline because my Chinese is too bad. Is there any way I can contact China Post speaking English?

1. There is no phone number number in China Post that personal can speak in English.

2. You best bet is to try to halt the parcel in Germany, have you told them that you are the sender of the parcel. Can you get directly to a Germain post Office and ask for the supervisor and explain your story to him. He might be able to send a message internally to halt the parcel. Tell them you are willing to pay for the re-delivery of the parcel if they can stop it.

Sadly it didnt, the German Post said the package is in Germany but that they are going to send it to China. They say I have to contact China Post again. So is there a possibility that I can assign somebody at China Post in Beijing to sent the package again to the address noted on the package?

1. Do you have a friend in Beijing, just give him a letter or e Mail that he can act on your behalf for returning the parcel for you in Germany.

2. That to me is the only solution to your problem. Otherwise, the parcel will go to the sender address in China.

Thanks again for the quick answer.
Unfortunately I dont know anybody in Beijing. And of course I dont live at the sender address written on the parcel anymore, and as far as I know the postman doesnt bring the packages to the appartements but rings the receiver to pick it up, right? So I guess China Post cant deliver the package - do you maybe know what happens to packages that cant be delivered?

1. Nobody at the sender address can go and maybe pick up the parcel for you and re-ship it to you!

2. Parcel I think after a while are destroy, if nobody shows up for pick up.

3. Another long shot for you, Consulate of China in Germany:
