Thank you for the quick answer.

I can't determine the value in $ exactly, but it has a personal value for me.
And as I just wrote a few posts ago, the embassy doesn't deal with this kind of things.

But I am curious, do you maybe know about cases in which people filed lawsuits? It might be worth a shot, for the parcel isn't lost, but just held back.

1. No never heard of any lawsuits.

2. The first time I talk to you about the Embassy it was the Chinese Embassy in Germany, this time I'm talking about the Germain Embassy in China.
