The last update I have, is that the Item was or still ist presented to import Customs in Xiamen.

Since the 24th of November i have gotten no further updates, which let me to believe, that there might be some kind of issue.

Please clearify.

CY286376556DE is in Xiamen customs. Is this a return for refund? It seems that receiver doesn't want to make customs clearance and accept the parcel. Many bad seller often play such games.

Thank you for your quick response. The parcel is indeed a return of goods. Unfortunately, I made a purchase of goods via a German website that is not entirely reputable and which is probably handled as part of a dropshipping model. I would therefore not be surprised if the seller did not want to accept the goods.

I understand from your explanations that the parcel is waiting in customs for collection by the recipient (which will probably no longer take place) and that China Post will not actively send it to the address?

At what point will the parcel be further processed (auctioned) in the absence of collection by customs?

if receiver doesn't make customs clearance, China Post can't make delivery. This is law.

If parcel can't clear customs and free storage time expires, then parcel will be returned to original shipper's country.
