my tracking number: RK012549347CN

i bought a jacket and it is stuck in export security scan in suzhou(china)

its been there from 31/10-2014

please help

RK012549347CN can not pass export scan in shanghai and was returned to suzhou. you might need to open dispute and claim refund.
