Post More than 1 month late package

I have package (RJ397579685CN), shipped from Beijing on 18 March 2015 and still on route (4 weeks). This is the longest I ever waited for purchases from China. Is the package lost or something else happened?

All of my attempts to find something through different tracking sites gave me the same result:
