the shippment RC196091167CN didn't arrive at our company. Can you please tell me where it is? Tracking shows it should have arrived. Where do you deliver it?

The ordered was delievered to someone in "2014-06-18 10:15, Delivered, 9000 St. Gallen Dist Ba"
So it sounds like thw seller gave you someone else's tracking number. Contact the seller and demand a refund or open a dispute
