Hello! I'm new to this forum, and also to China shipping 😕 Not the first time I purchase items from Asian countries, but never from China. So, my problem is this. I bought three items from a website without reading reviews first, turns out they're barely legit, since they're based in Israel but ship from China (basically, they just list items from eBay China and put your address as destination when buying from eBay). Ok, bad move, but now I have three different packages floating somewhere in the world. I live in Italy.
The package number are LX079968155CN, LO986291829CN and 5P33C01444948.
The first two are listed as "CHINA, in the works at the International Exchange Centre", and there's been no updates from 19 and 3 days respectively. The last one is listed as "Depart from facility to service provider, DONG GUAN", and no news for the last 11 days either.
I tried contacting the seller but they keep confirming me my packages are on their way. What's happening? Where did my shipping(s) end up? 😐
Also I made my purchase on 25/03, so my 30 day buyers protection (if this site even allows it...) is expiring. What to do?
Sorry for the long post and the rant 😀 Thanks to anyone in advance!

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LX079968155CN, LO986291829CN were shipped in April. They are still in China waiting for flight space to Italy. China Post has not enough shipping space to Italy as covid19 virus has cancelled 90% airlines to Europe. Waiting time can be very long.

5P33C01444948 is not China Post tracking number. We can not verify if it is a real tracking number or fake one.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute to ebay to get your money back before it is too late.

But if I open up a dispute and manage to get a refund, do I have to return the items when they arrive to my house?
Again, sorry for my ignorance, but this is my first time having problems with online shopping.

Sono tutti in uno stato normale (visto anche il periodo) il terzo pacco l'aggiornamento lo vedrai prima sul sito delle Poste Italiane (appena arriva in Italia ) come se fosse partito da Bologna ,infatti viene rietichettato come un pacco Crono economy ,che poi dipende dalle dimensioni ti viene consegnato o dalle poste altrimenti se più voluminoso da SDA .
Per adesso lo puoi seguire sul sito 4PX .

Per la controversia dipende dove li hai acquistati ,se su aliexepress solitamente se non ti arrivano entro 60 giorni puoi chiedere il rimborso ,altrimenti guarda dove hai acquistato e vedi cosa dice .

Grazie. Per caso mi sai dire se, nel caso apro una disputa su Paypal e ottengo un rimborso, quando finalmente arrivano i prodotti devo restituirli al mittente? Non ho trovato niente che fa al caso mio in giro per il web..

Il fatto è che si tratta di un sito relativamente nuovo e non "industriale" come Alibaba o Aliexpress. Come ho detto nel primo post, in pratica hanno in catalogo oggetti presi da eBay, che poi acquistano e spediscono al tuo indirizzo. So già di essere stata incauta ad acquistare da loro, ma ormai la frittata è fatta. Continuano a dirmi che i pacchi arriveranno a destinazione fra pochi giorni. Inoltre in base al loro FAQ gli oggetti acquistati con coupon non sono restituibili...non so come comportarmi assolutamente :(

Se non ti arriva entro una data (che solitamente indica il venditore ) e comunque non altre la protezione di PayPal ,che mi pare sia di 180 giorni (ma non mi ricordo se giusta)
e se non ti arriva ti fai rimborsare .
Nel caso ti arrivi più tardi dipende da te se vuoi rimborsarlo altrimenti li dici che li rimandi indietro a spese sue .

Allora non hai pagato hai usato solo coupon ?
Ma vedrai che arrivano ,adesso è un periodo particolare e ci impiegano un po di più

No no, era un coupon di sconto. Ma sono sicura che lo useranno come scappatoia per non accettare un eventuale rimborso. Quindi a questo punto suggerisci di non fare nulla?
