Hi there!

Im not sure if I am on the correct forum but I'm giving it a try. I have purchased something from China almost 2 months ago with tracking number RC366120829HK. The last status update was on the 27th of September 2014, the status changed into "In Transit" from that day there was no change in the status. Is there a way I can get more information about this shipment? The seller keeps telling me the package is still on its way to me but I doubbt that, I think the parcel is lost.

RC366120829HK is Hong Kong post parcel not China Post. normally it will arrive Netherlands within 2 to 4 weeks. You can wait one more week, if still not arrive, open dispute and claim refund.
