I sent a parcel to China on 20th October and it still hasn't reached its destination. The tracking status is showing 'Import security scan' on 7th November and hasn't been updated since. How long will this take?

it should have some delivery problem. ask receiver call hotline 11185 and pickup the parcel from china post.

Should the recipient be contacting China Post themselves? I am the sender and live in the UK

yes. you should ask receiver to call 11185.

I've sent the pacel to China (tracking no. RR744105471PL ) on 6.03.2015 and since 09.03 it has "import security scan" status. Would You be so kind to help me to get to know what's going on wrong with it?
