Dear colleagues,

We would appreciate very much if you could inform us asap for the final status of the item RE333586887GR or tell us the reasons lies in the security department on Guangzhou. This is our last reminder for this case, as the original CN08 had been sent to your Service on 10/02/14 by registered postal mail.
Thanking for your understanding, we are remaining at your disposal as soon as possible. I have already sent this mail to [email protected] and [email protected] and i did not have answer for us.

you should ask recipient to contact China Post Guangzhou office(phone 11185) and find out where is the parcel. you can also contact Greek Post and file an investigation on this parcel. china post will not response foreign country shipper's request.

Hello
I want to start that i work in GREEK post office if you saw. I have already sent the search request by post in China οn 10/02/14 and we have not answered as for us.I have already sent the request from mail to [email protected]. cn and [email protected] and i did not have answer for us. The recipient does not know English and there is an arrangement. Please tell us the reason why the item is still in the security services, otherwise we proceed to compensation assured you.
