Hello, I placed an order on 23/10. Although the order appears to have been sent, the tracking is still unavailable after more than two weeks.
Is possible to know if it is correct?
the tracking number is RJ890257313CN

1. Your tracking number is a valid tracking number. This is what I get when I track your parcel:
Item is not found at this moment

2. If the seller gave you that tracking number more then 10 days ago, then the parcel was never mail through China Post.

3. You should contact seller as soon as possible and ask him to confirm he did physically mail the parcel. If he saying to you that he did mail the parcel, then ask him where you can track it.

4. To me the parcel was never mail, maybe because the seller did not on hand the article that your order.

The seller has only told me a few weeks ago that the tracking would be available in 5-10 days. Later I asked several times why it was not yet available, but I have not received a response. What should I do?

1. Open a dispute to get your money back.
