We have shipped out your order. But the China post system is very slow to update shipping news.

Where is my order ?

1. I can confirm also that you have only one tracking:

China Post Register Air Mail Tracking System
Parcel No.RS509235656CN tracking result
2016-12-17 11:08:36.0 Electronic Data Received

2. May I suggest your read this:

Why does my tracking result show only one message “”electronic data received” ?

3. I would seriously think about opening a dispute for a parcel that never reach China Post. In other words parcel was never mail.
