Hi Guys i just want to report about my package.......China post office made a mistake about the destination ......schould be Austria NOT Australia. They are similar. I informed the seller by status Collection/ Received by China post. She told me that she informed the China post office and i will receive my package in a timely manner in Austria. I tracked it every day. It was 4 time in Export security scan Guangzhou and this for ca. 2 weeks. Than it goes to Export custom scan and stucks there 10 days. I track it today and guess what ......still in Export custom scan and i just wanted to open disput and my post officer came and give me the package! I was very happy to receive my item despite all problems and wrong destination:

1. May be if you inform the seller fast he/she can change it and inform the post office.
2. Obviously china post, update it not always and because of some big events or holidays and thats why still show Export Custom scan
3. I ordered it 1 may and despite all i receive it today, but the other 2 packages i ordered on 29 and 26 April ..the second is still at Bejing airport and the first on 29 still show In custom control warehouse.
4. Good communication and somethimes nice problem explanation to seller help.
5. But if the status did not change and you dont received it before the end of the protection time you schould open dispute, or if you cant track your order whithin 5 days means it was not shipped yet.

All in one, somethimes china post update are not in time and if you inform your seller on time may be will be everything ok( if your seller is honest, but if you always check the feedbacks, schould be everythink ok).
A good tracking website is also trackitonline.org

what to do if seller dont replies and wont help....i bought a item and wrote my address to norway and when i track it it says colombia! i need help , i have waited 2 weeks..

you have to open a dispute to paypal and claim refund.

Hi, I would be really grateful if you could help me track my parcel.
The Tracking number is AG904461135CN.
I have tried tracking it online but for over 2 weeks now, it still has not changed and it hasn't arrived yet (it has been over 3 weeks in total!).

AG904461135CN should have some problem. you'd better open a dispute to aliexpress asap.

I had placed my order through ioffer, not aliexpress. I paid through PayPal so I can get refund but the seller is saying to have patience, it could be because of the Chinese holidays.
Do you think I will receive it at all? Can you give me a bit more information please.

A question about export customs scan, most of my order go through Guangzhou and pass the next day, now i have an order go through Beijing and this is taking a 'bit' longer. Could you check if there is something wrong? Tracking number is CP302112864CN,

CC467417355SE has delivery problem. you should ask receiver phone china post 11185 and pickup the parcel.

CP302112864CN is surface parcel which might go through sea and very very slow. sometimes it will take a couple of months to arrive Europe.
