parcel to Ukraine are experiencing delay because of the war in east border. you need wait 2 to 5 more weeks.

Hi, both of my orders: RN612714031CN and RN612715607CN are stuck in customs warehouse in Wuhan. I've ordered clothes of Chinese brands and I've never had problems with this seller before. Is there a problem with my parcels?

RD203635604CN was shipped from Urumuqi where many parcels were rejected. you should open dispute and claim refund asap.

Hello! I have the parcels RK097363310CN and RG071649125CN. Both of them are stuck in Beijing for an abnormally long time with no update. I have frequent exchanges with China post and this is a first. Is there something wrong with my parcels? One is clothes and the other one a mini sd memory card that should pass customs just fine.

both parcels are ok, no need worry. wait 2 more weeks, they will arrive.

ECS status stuck within 4 weeks are all common in this rush season. f no battery inside, they should be no problem.

if no battery,no problem. they should be delayed due to rush season. just be patient.
