Hi I ordered a parcel on 21/1/18 the tracking number is LX125310947CN could you please let me know where the item is as it says something about left parcel centre Heathrow aviation hub which I don’t quite understand what that means. Thank you

Your selle delayed shipment for 2 weeks.

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the parcel was actually shipped by seller 2 days ago. It is waiting in Zhengzhou airport for shipping space to London. Normally waiting time can be 2 to 3 weeks. You can not see new status until it arrives London airport.

Can someone explain to me why they do not track the shipment. The seller wrote to me - a carrier error.

Your seller printed out a tracking label for some of the parcels, but never actually sent anything to you. You should open a dispute and get your money back, they are trying to scam you.

Shipping to Romania is unfortunately quite slow, often 50-80 days. Packages sent in November and December are still arriving now.

If your buyer protection period is getting close to running out, you'll definitely want to have your seller extend it.

Package just shipped 4 hours ago, March 12, 10.37am. And was suppose to take 5 - 12 days. You message me after only 4 hours after it being picked up by your post saying it has run into complications and will take 35 - 40. What the hell happened in 4 hours?

Tracking number is: LF334843278CN

Tell me what’s going on.
