these two parcels are 2.5 months stucked , my question is are there sended back to the seller? and if not can the seller go and take em so at least take my money back?

those 2 parcels should have been returned to shipper. Check following post.

You'd better contact shopping website or credit card company and file charge back to get your money back.

well thanks for the info,the seller (sunsky-online) is repeadly lying saying that china post have resend the packages to me , and now he forgot hes previous lies and he is saying that he havent received the parcels back from china post

And because he stole 100 euros from me and tired of his lies i told him in the last mail to post his truth here,but i doubt he will post
