the parcel has never arrived China. I think you should require an investigation with Turkey Post and claim compensation.

Turkish post are said:"we've delivered.you can see if you control tracking code.this is their problem.them may lose parcel on way." what the fuck.turkish post delivered item to your plane but you cannot move this item.
