My parcel from UK got to Xiamen Office of Exchange on 18th July according to tracking on one website http://track-chinapost.com.

Is this a customs office or post office? I really need to prove to PayPal that delivery wasn't possible in order to get a refund.

Anyway of emailing this office bearing in mind I don't speak Chinese but can use Google Translation.
