It's say delivered on the tracking system but I haven't received it

Royal Mail says that your item was delivered by Accrington PO on Dec 30. You should contact your local Royal Mail post office and see if they can help you figure out where the package is.

Why would it be delivered to a post office in a completely different part of the country to where I live

Could be that it was addressed wrong, or that your seller intentionally scammed you by using the same tracking number on two items. You should still contact Royal Mail, and also open a dispute with your seller so you can claim a refund.
