Hi,

I had ordered a package with shop.tmg and was provided with the tracking information. However, when i put it in on the website tracker it says that the package isn’t found. I’ll leave the tracking information below, can you please tell me where my package is and when i would receive it?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LY580059624CN shows No shipping record. Your seller applied this tracking number from china post but never actually ship anything to you. You are very likely to be scammed.

if you just got this number, You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.

if you have got this number for long time and paid with paypal/aliexpress/WISH/AMAZON, you need open dispute immediately against fraud and claim refund.

I got this off of a website. I paid through credit card. They had said they shipped it Dec 1 and sent me the tracking info Dec 11. I just emailed them. Is there anyway you can get in contact with them as well? Their email is [email protected]

you need call your credit card bank and report fraud.
