Post Where is my package?

Where is my package RO281403657CN at because i was tracking it on 17 track and it said "CHINA, SHANGHAI, Processed Through Facility -> Your item has been processed through a facility in SHANGHAI, CHINA at 12:34 am on September 26, 2018." Then on another website called parcelmonitor says the package is Export processing. What is going on?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel is waiting for flight space from shanghai to USA. you need 10 to 20 days to get it in USA.
